Real Moms are authentic moms, moms that know that they have so much to give, yet sometimes leave little for themselves. This is the place where you will be supported and guided with strategies and tools to be the best woman and mom that you can be!
This group aims to empower moms to nourish the body, mind and soul of the modern mom. We want to help moms lead their best lives. We are going to get real, we are going to get deep, and we are going to give you strategies and tools to connect with yourself and become that awesome woman that you are. We are two moms, a life coach and a nutritionist, who believe that everyone has a story. We want to hear yours. We plan to meet weekly for an hour downtown on Mondays from 12-1. This is just mom's time, no kids.
